1st MidAmerica Credit Union has established a scholarship program to help provide educational funding for our young members.
Applicant Must Submit:
- An official high school transcript for the most current semester available, with the total cumulative grade point average (GPA) on the transcript. Transcript must be received by 1st MidAmerica in a sealed envelope or through the online submission below by the deadline of Monday, March 31, 2025.
- A completed 1st MidAmerica Scholarship Application, along with a typed, double-spaced, 300-500 word original written essay; or a 2-3 minute video uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo; on the following topic: 1st MidAmerica
Credit Union is a community supporting organization. We host fundraisers, make donations to area organizations, and participate in local programs such as food drives and charity walks. If you were given $10,000 and 30 days to make an impact on your community, what would you do?
We encourage you to write original content and use original ideas. These components will factor into the scoring of the essay portion of the application. - One letter of recommendation from a teacher.
