1st MidAmerica Cards App
Control your 1st MidAmerica debit or credit card from anywhere! Use the 1st MidAmerica Cards app to control card access settings like suspending the card or declining certain transactions, set travel notifications, create transaction alerts, access your
digital card, and more. Look for the 1st MidAmerica Cards app in the Apple or
Google Play store.

Online Banking and Mobile App Account Deletion
If you would like to request removal of your online banking and/or mobile app access, simply send an email request to memberservice@1stmidamerica.org.
Please type “Remove App Account” in the subject line of your email. One of our representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.
Upon execution of this request, 1st MidAmerica Credit Union will delete all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system. This data will no longer be accessible or available to any party. Your accounts will remain active, and your accounts transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open, but all Internet and Mobile Banking data will be deleted.
