One login for all your accounts:
You only need one login to access all your accounts through online and mobile banking. Previously, you used different logins to access each different member number. Now, the system recognizes you as a whole person and shows you any account to which you are attached.
Joint members will need their own logins:
Your joint account member should create their own login to access your shared account. If you share your login, then your joint member will see all of your accounts. With their own login, the joint member will only see accounts to which they are attached.
Nicknames for accounts:
You can set up nicknames to differentiate your accounts. You will need to login to online banking on a desktop, or from our website to access this option, as it is not available in the mobile app. Once you login, click on the Settings options on your account list to add Nicknames to your accounts. Your nicknames will show in both online banking and in the mobile app.
Hiding your accounts on the account list:
You can hide accounts from your overall account list within online banking. You will need to login to online banking on a desktop, or from our website to access this option, as it is not available in the mobile app. Once you login, click on the Settings options on your account list to pull up a list where you can check and uncheck accounts based upon what you want to view. Your chosen accounts will show in both online banking and in the mobile app and your hidden accounts will stay hidden until you want to see them again.
